Overview This website is operated by Laslett England. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Laslett England. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Section 2 — Eligibility By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Section 3 — Our Products We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours and textures. However, as colours may vary between devices and monitors, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy of reproduction. All products are subject to availability.

Section 4 — Pricing All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT where relevant. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. If a pricing error is identified after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Section 5 — Contract Formation A legally binding contract between you and Laslett England is formed only when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, for example due to stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Section 6 — Consumer Cancellation Rights If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details of how to exercise this right. Please note that bespoke or personalised items are exempt from this right.

Section 7 — Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, images, text, and the Laslett England trademark, is the intellectual property of Laslett England and is protected under UK and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this site without our express written permission.

Section 8 — Limitation of Liability We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from products purchased from us, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Section 9 — Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Section 10 — Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
