Shipping & Delivery Policy

Dispatch & Handling All orders are personally packed and despatched by Melanie from her studio in Hastings. We aim to ship orders on the same day where possible, and typically within 1–2 working days. If you require an item urgently, please contact Melanie directly via email before placing your order.

Delivery Costs UK Delivery is free for all orders over £120. For orders under £120, or for international destinations, delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout. 

UK Delivery

  • Service: All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm.

  • Tracking: All UK shipments are fully trackable. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Estimated Delivery: We expect UK customers to receive their order within 1–3 business days of dispatch.

International Delivery We currently ship to the USA, Europe, and Australia via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express.

  • Estimated Delivery: USA (5–10 working days), Europe (3–7 working days), Australia (7–14 working days).

  • Duties & Taxes: All international customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
