Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your Laslett England accessory. Each piece is designed with care and hand-finished to the highest standard. However, if you find that your selection isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Returns Windows

UK Orders: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return a change-of-mind purchase, and a further 14 days to return the item to us.

International Orders: You have 28 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return a change-of-mind purchase, and a further 28 days to return the item to us.
Exclusions Please note that the following items are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be refunded unless they are found to be faulty:

Bespoke or personalised items created specifically for you. Where an item is bespoke, this will be made clear on the product page at the point of purchase.

Items purchased from the Laslett England Archive or any sale section (these are "last chance" pieces and are final sale).
Condition of Items To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original Laslett England packaging (including the signature red box). As silk is a delicate natural fibre, please take care when handling the item before returning.
Damaged or Faulty Items In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact Melanie via email on melanie@laslettengland.com as soon as possible and include a photograph of the damage so we can resolve this for you promptly.
How to Start a Return

Contact us via email at melanie@laslettengland.com to notify us of your intention to return.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

The cost of return postage for non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. If your original payment method is no longer available, we will arrange an alternative with you. Please note that original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
